An insight on a civil society lead movement of solidarity born in Martinique towards the Dominican people after the island was hit by storm Erika at the end of August 2015.
A handful of volunteers managed to create, in a couple of days, a large network of individuals, enterprises and politics in order to transport 15 tons of relief supplies to the neighbor island.
